Rebecca was born in London into a creative household. The family moved to California when her father accepted a position with the J. Paul Getty Museum in Malibu, California. As the daughter of an architect and museum director, Rebecca’s early exposure to art and the art world greatly influenced her decision to pursue a career in photography.
She picked up her first camera at the age of 13. In high school she was developing her own B&W prints and served as official school photographer.
After high school she moved back to Europe to pursue her passion for the Arts. While attending university in Switzerland she became fluent in Italian and French and traveled throughout Europe developing her photographic skills.
Once back in California, Rebecca worked for an international women’s athletic wear company, with responsibility for photo shoots throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
Rebecca is currently living in Mammoth, California, pursuing a career as a freelance photographer. Her specialties are architecture, sports, travel and lifestyle/portraiture.
